Sludge drying technology
Matrix has the world's most advanced technology integrating sludge treatment drying and hard particle granulation, which can dry the wet sludge with moisture content of 75%~80% into hard particles with moisture content of 10% and particle size of about 3mm (can change according to requirements) through the sludge drying and granulation integrated machine. The hard particles fully meet the Class A standard of EPA503 of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. It can be used for soil improvement, greening, agriculture, cement, incineration and other purposes. Transportation and storage are very convenient and safe, which is a very ideal product.

ORC low temperature waste heat generation technology
The ORC turbine/screw engine uses medium to high temperature hot oil to preheat and evaporate the appropriate organic working medium in the evaporator. The organic medium steam drives the turbine, which is coupled directly to the generator, thus producing clean and reliable electricity. The organic steam flows through the accumulator to heat the organic fluid, which is then condensed in the condenser and finally cooled by the cooling loop. The organic working fluid is pumped to the accumulator and evaporator to complete the closed loop.
